Before order release

Eight practical questions.

If compatibility or construction remains unconfirmed, the batch should not move into production.

01Will a card work with any hotel lock?

No. There is no universal hotel credential. The existing system, current working credential and any encoding requirement must be confirmed before production.

02Can you identify the technology from a photograph?

A photograph can help identify construction and visible format, but it is not enough to confirm the contactless technology or encoding. A working sample or verified system reference is preferred.

03Which materials are offered?

The current range includes conventional card constructions, recycled PVC, metal-composite, genuine wood, beaded wristbands and woven cotton wristbands.

04Can artwork be bilingual?

Yes. Arabic and English are proofed as one designed layout, including line breaks, hierarchy, alignment and the direction of arrows or icons.

05Can cards be numbered or personalised?

Sequential numbering, QR codes, barcodes and variable fields can be reviewed. The data file, placement and verification method are agreed before production.

06Is a physical sample required?

It is recommended where material feel, colour, finish, edge quality, closure comfort or read performance is important. The quotation states the required approval route.

07What should be included in the first enquiry?

Share the application, delivery city, estimated quantity, required date, artwork count and a current credential or system reference if available.

08Do you claim local stock or an office in Saudi Arabia?

No such claim is made on this website. Delivery destination, commercial responsibility and the agreed supply route are stated in the quotation.
