Project capabilities
From credential brief to controlled delivery.
A practical service for Saudi hospitality teams that connects the installed access environment, the guest-facing object and the production file before an order is released.
Start a project briefWhere the credential works
Specified around the operating environment.
A room card, staff credential and pool wristband are different operating objects. The work starts with the task, wear period and reader environment before material and technology are settled.
Hotels and resorts
Guest room access with artwork that changes per property or per season, and a reorder cycle tied to occupancy rather than to a calendar.
Operational requirement: artwork per property, one encoding scheme.Serviced apartments
Longer stays mean fewer issues per card but a higher cost of a failed credential — a guest locked out on day twenty is a different problem from one locked out on night one.
Operational requirement: durability over a multi-week stay.Residential compounds
Resident, family member, domestic staff and contractor all need different rights on the same estate, and the card has to say which without anyone reading it.
Operational requirement: visual tiering plus zone encoding.Staff and contractor access
High turnover, short validity, and a real need to retire a credential the day someone leaves. Sequential numbering and batch records are what make that auditable.
Operational requirement: batch control and fast retirement.Entertainment venues
Peak-hour throughput decides the specification. A credential that reads reliably at a turnstile under load matters more than one with features nobody uses.
Operational requirement: read reliability at throughput.Waterparks and resort wristbands
Sun cream, chlorine and salt end more credentials than wear does. The substrate decision here is the whole specification.
Operational requirement: wet-environment substrate.Project control
One production path. Four visible decisions.

Saudi project readiness
The details that make delivery usable.
Arabic and English artwork
Both languages on one card, set as a designed bilingual layout rather than an English card with Arabic added late. Line breaks, alignment and the relationship between the two scripts are decided at proof stage, not after printing.
Right-to-left proof checking
The Arabic proof is checked by someone reading Arabic, for letter joining, diacritics where used, and the direction of any icon or arrow. Latin model numbers and standards are checked separately for bidirectional reordering.
Sequential numbering and batch organisation
Numbering runs in blocks you define, so a carton maps to a building, a floor or an access zone. That is what makes a partial delivery usable on the day it lands.
Packaging by property, building or zone
For a multi-property rollout the packing list is the deliverable. Cartons are labelled the way the receiving team is organised, not the way the production line is.
Delivery documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and material declaration prepared to travel with the goods. The description on the invoice matters more than the shipping mode when a consignment is inspected.
Multi-property order organisation
One artwork approval, one production run, several destinations. Splitting at the packing stage rather than the ordering stage is what keeps the unit price at the combined volume.
Compatibility confirmation before production
Nothing is produced until the installed system, the credential technology and the encoding requirement are confirmed in writing. This is the step that prevents a full run arriving unreadable.
