RFID wristbands

Where a card in a wallet is the wrong credential. A wristband is worn, not carried, which changes the failure mode entirely: the questions are how long it stays on, what it is exposed to, and whether it can be moved to another wrist.

What we confirm before production

Confirmed against the installed system before production.

A wristband is confirmed the same way a card is — installed system, credential technology, encoding scheme — with one addition. Because a band sits against a wrist rather than being presented flat, we confirm read performance in the actual mounting before a large run, particularly on woven constructions.

Available materials

The wristband is approved as one construction: bead or cotton band, tag, finish, cord and closure. Water, sun cream and salt exposure are reviewed for the intended property rather than assumed from one material name.

Buyer guidance

Choose a resort wristband as a complete construction

The tag, cord or beads, closure and intended wear period work as one product. State whether the wristband is for a day visitor or overnight guest, whether it is retained or returned, and which water, heat or cosmetic exposure is expected. The finished sample—not the loose component—should be validated.

Frequently asked

RFID wristbands

Can a guest transfer a wristband to someone else?

That depends on the selected closure and the property’s issue policy. We define whether the band is adjustable, removable or intended as a keepsake before production.

Will pool exposure damage the band?

Performance depends on the complete bead, cotton, tag, finish and closure construction. The intended exposure is recorded and a finished sample is approved before the run.

Can wristbands and cards share one encoding scheme?

Where your system supports it, yes — the transponder is the same technology in a different housing. This is confirmed with your system before production rather than assumed.

Do you supply different sizes in one order?

Yes, and you should. A single adult size produces bands that are loose on half your guests and tight on the rest. Three sizes in the right proportions costs the same.

Tell us the project and we return a technical recommendation.

A short brief is enough to specify the card, confirm what has to be verified against your installed system, and price the run.
